Viridiana’s COVID Reflections

July 15, 2020

My mentality has been affected. My daughter hasn’t gone to school. It is difficult because my schedule has changed.

WHO ARE YOU SPENDINGTIME WITH LATELY?

Sometimes go to my sisters, but now it is not as frequent. I try to go once a week. Before it was two or three times a week. Now we talk mostly on the phone.

WHAT EMOTIONS HAVE YOU HAD?

My family hasn’t been able to visit from Mexico. It makes me feel sad that my mother cannot visit. Things are not the same. Things are complicated.

WHAT WOULD YOU TELL YOURSELF IN JANUARY OR DECEMBER OF THIS YEAR?

I would have visited my friends more, done more walking, and gone to the store. I would have gone to English school and spoken more. I would have tried to practice more.
