Ready to walk

March 23, 2020

Two feet in brown hiking shoes on grey pavement, as seen from above.
At the start of Shelter in Place, I quickly realized I wouldn’t get as many default steps in an average day because I wouldn’t be walking around my office. To replace those steps, I started walking around the block every day, often twice a day. Now I enjoy the sights and sounds of my neighborhood as well as a chance to literally step away from work and home life for a few minutes.
